- Users remain solely responsible for their brokers, accounts, investment decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with the laws applicable to them.

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service and Subscription Terms (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of https://tegotrend.com, the TegoTrend website, applications, dashboards, APIs, software features, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are owned and operated by W2m trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Licence No. 2218374 (“W2M”, “TegoTrend”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Financial Risk Disclosure. Additional product, promotion, or jurisdiction-specific terms shown at checkout or within a feature form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Services where access is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or our country-availability rules.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties without our written permission, except through a creator-publishing feature expressly approved by TegoTrend. You must promptly notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Nature and scope of the Services
Depending on the subscription tier and country, the Services may include account and portfolio analysis, historical performance calculations, charts, chart indicators, market data visualisation, AI-assisted market research, educational resources, creator-published Signals, screeners, alerts, calculators, journaling, and other analytical or technical tools.
Where the Signals feature is enabled, approved creators may publish free or paid market views for other users to view or unlock. Viewing, unlocking, or preparing a Signal does not itself place, modify, or close a trade.
Feature availability, data sources, usage limits, model providers, supported brokers, supported instruments, and subscription entitlements may change. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.
TegoTrend provides technology only. It does not provide brokerage, custody, investment advice, personal recommendations, portfolio management, discretionary management, copy trading, fiduciary services, tax advice, legal advice, or accounting advice.
Where you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, the Services can display its information and send orders that you submit or confirm, whether you prepare them yourself or the AI assistant proposes them, to your broker through that connection. Your broker, not TegoTrend, executes, rejects, or changes those orders. TegoTrend does not decide trades for you.
4. Creator Signals, suitability, and independent decisions
The Services may display free or paid Signals submitted by independent creators. A Signal may describe a symbol, direction, entry range, stop-loss or take-profit level, chart, and supporting analysis. It expresses the creator's market view. W2M makes that content available through TegoTrend but does not determine whether a Signal is suitable for you or place a trade when you view, unlock, or prepare it.
Other platform analytics and research do not constitute a personal recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement by W2M to transact in a financial instrument, digital asset, strategy, broker service, or investment product. Neither a Signal's appearance, ranking, price, nor unlock is a guarantee of accuracy or outcome.
TegoTrend does not assess your financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, tax position, or the suitability or appropriateness of any instrument, strategy, broker, or transaction. Portfolio metrics and account-level analytics describe data and risk characteristics; they do not tell you what action to take.
You must make your own independent decisions and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a properly authorised professional who understands your circumstances and jurisdiction. No fiduciary, advisory, agency, trust, partnership, joint venture, or managed-account relationship is created between you and TegoTrend.
5. AI-assisted features
The Services may use proprietary systems and application programming interfaces supplied by third-party artificial-intelligence model providers. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
AI output is general research and educational material only. It must not be treated as a buy, sell, hold, entry, exit, stop-loss, take-profit, leverage, position-sizing, or portfolio-rebalancing instruction. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
We may apply technical and policy controls to restrict prompts or outputs that seek prohibited, unlawful, manipulative, or regulated activity. We do not guarantee that every unsuitable output will be detected or blocked.
6. Connected accounts and third-party integrations
You may be able to connect a broker, exchange, wallet, data provider, or other third-party account. TegoTrend uses the permissions you grant when connecting an account and is not designed to obtain withdrawal authority, custody assets, or transfer your money.
To connect a MetaTrader 5 account, you provide its login, server, and password. We store the password in encrypted form and use it only to maintain the connection you request. You can remove a saved account at any time, which deletes its stored password.
You authorise us and our technical providers to access, retrieve, process, and display the information made available through the permissions you grant. You are responsible for ensuring that the connection is permitted by your agreement with the relevant third party.
Third-party integrations are operated independently. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, fees, execution, account rules, regulatory status, or treatment of your assets. We may suspend or discontinue an integration where necessary for security, legal, commercial, or technical reasons.
Never provide a withdrawal password, private key, seed phrase, or similar asset-control credential to TegoTrend. Contact support immediately if any person claiming to represent TegoTrend requests such information.
7. Market data, charts, indicators, and analytics
Market data and calculated information may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, adjusted, incorrectly mapped, or affected by source limitations. Prices displayed by TegoTrend may differ from executable prices available through a broker or venue.
Indicators, scores, rankings, alerts, risk metrics, and historical calculations depend on data quality, chosen assumptions, time zones, instrument specifications, corporate actions, spreads, commissions, financing costs, and model settings. They are not guarantees or predictions.
You must verify critical information directly with your broker, venue, or primary data source before making a decision.
8. Educational resources
Learning materials are provided for general education. Examples are simplified and may not reflect current market conditions, individual circumstances, or all relevant legal and financial considerations.
Completion of any lesson, course, quiz, or learning path does not certify competence, create a professional qualification, or mean that trading or investing is suitable for you.
9. Broker advertisements, referrals, and commercial relationships
The Services may display clearly labelled advertisements, sponsored placements, or referral links for independent brokers or other third parties. W2M may receive a fixed advertising fee, referral fee, lead fee, account-opening fee, or other commercial compensation when users view, click, register, or transact through a partner, subject to applicable law.
Advertising and referral relationships are separate from TegoTrend’s technology services. A placement is not a personal recommendation, suitability assessment, guarantee of authorisation, or endorsement of the advertiser for your circumstances.
You are responsible for checking whether a broker or provider is lawfully authorised to serve you, what protections apply, and whether its products are suitable for you. Your relationship with any advertiser is governed by its own terms and policies.
We do not use connected broker-account holdings, balances, or transaction history to target broker advertisements unless we clearly explain the use and obtain any consent required by law.
10. Subscription plans and feature access
Subscription plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, usage allowances, and included features are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page. Some Services may be free, trial-based, promotional, or subject to separate limits.
We may add, remove, or modify features. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a current paid period, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
Promotional prices, coupons, trials, or partner benefits may be subject to additional conditions and may expire or convert to a paid subscription as clearly disclosed before enrolment.
11. Payments, recurring billing, and taxes
W2m trading LLC is the seller, contracting entity, and payment receiver for TegoTrend subscriptions unless checkout expressly identifies another lawful contracting entity.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and Cregis. Their own terms, identity checks, fraud controls, wallet or payment requirements, and privacy practices may apply. We generally receive payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, and limited payment information rather than full card credentials.
Where a plan is identified as recurring, you authorise W2M and its payment provider to charge the displayed price, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees at each renewal until cancellation. Renewal occurs at the interval displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for any bank, card, blockchain network, wallet, conversion, foreign-exchange, withholding, sales, use, value-added, or similar charges or taxes that apply to you, except taxes imposed on W2M’s own income.
We may suspend access if a payment is declined, reversed, overdue, disputed, or reasonably suspected to be unauthorised or fraudulent. Contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate.
12. Cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal rights
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active until the end of the paid billing period.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, reduced usage, account inactivity, or a decision not to use the Services.
We may correct duplicate charges, process substantiated unauthorised-payment claims, or provide a refund or credit for a material and prolonged service failure at our reasonable discretion, without creating an obligation to do so in every case.
Where mandatory consumer law grants a cancellation or cooling-off right, that right applies. If you request immediate digital access during a statutory cooling-off period, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge any lawful effect on that right.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where practicable. Blockchain network fees, card fees, exchange-rate movements, and third-party charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
13. Acceptable use
You must use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use the Services for brokerage, portfolio management, copy trading, custody, or other regulated activity without any authorisation required by applicable law;
- misrepresent TegoTrend output as guaranteed, regulated advice, or a trade instruction;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, usage limits, country restrictions, or payment controls;
- upload malware, scrape the Services at scale, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with systems or other users;
- use the Services for market manipulation, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlawful financial activity, or infringement of another person’s rights;
- submit confidential information, personal data, account credentials, or content that you do not have the right to provide; or
- use automated means to reproduce, resell, benchmark publicly, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.
14. Intellectual property and limited licence
The Services, software, interfaces, designs, databases, models, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to W2M and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the Services for your own lawful internal use during the applicable subscription period.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works from, or remove proprietary notices from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits.
15. User content and feedback
You retain rights in prompts, notes, files, charts, and other content you lawfully submit (“User Content”). You grant W2M a limited worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
A creator retains ownership of original Signals, charts, images, commentary, and updates they submit. By publishing a Signal, the creator grants W2M a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and make that content and its updates available through TegoTrend, including limited discovery previews and continuing access for users who previously unlocked the Signal. W2M may use service providers to perform those functions on its behalf. This licence does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated resale of the creator's content.
A creator must own or have permission to publish all submitted material, including any third-party charts, data, images, or analysis. Unlocking a Signal gives a user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view it and its updates for their own use; it does not permit republishing, sublicensing, or reselling the creator's content. An expired subscriber retains read-only access to Signals they previously unlocked, subject to lawful removal or necessary security restrictions. If a creator deletes their account, their profile and published Signals are removed, including for users who previously unlocked them.
You are responsible for User Content and represent that you have all permissions required to provide it. Do not upload private keys, seed phrases, withdrawal credentials, unlawfully obtained data, or information that is not necessary for the requested feature.
Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
16. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the TegoTrend Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of the user relationship but does not reduce any rights granted by applicable data-protection law.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by following the steps on our account deletion page.
17. Security and availability
We use reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical safeguards. No internet service, data transmission, integration, AI model, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, attacks, internet or cloud failures, third-party outages, regulatory action, market-data interruption, or events beyond reasonable control. We may apply emergency restrictions where necessary to protect users, data, or systems.
18. Disclaimers of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. W2M disclaims implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and results.
We do not warrant that any information, calculation, alert, indicator, AI output, integration, advertisement, or educational material is complete, current, profitable, suitable, or free from error. No oral or written statement creates a guarantee unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by W2M.
19. Financial and trading risk allocation
Trading, investing, leveraged products, foreign exchange, contracts for difference, derivatives, and digital assets may result in rapid and substantial losses, including the entire amount committed and, in some circumstances, additional liabilities.
You bear all risk arising from your financial decisions, broker selection, account configuration, leverage, margin, orders, tax treatment, and reliance on information. W2M is not responsible for market losses, missed opportunities, liquidation, slippage, spread, financing charges, execution differences, broker insolvency, or third-party conduct.
The Financial Risk Disclosure contains additional important information and is incorporated into these Terms.
20. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, W2M and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profits, revenue, savings, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business; or trading, investment, tax, financing, or broker-related loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, W2M’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services during any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of: (a) the subscription fees you paid to W2M for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100 or its equivalent.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a loss was foreseeable, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless W2M and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or provision of regulated services to others using TegoTrend without lawful authority.
This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify W2M for W2M’s own breach, negligence, or conduct where such an indemnity is prohibited by law.
22. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risk, fraud, prohibited use, legal or regulatory requirements, material breach, third-party service withdrawal, or risk to users or systems.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure. Termination does not automatically erase records that we must retain for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or enforcement purposes.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent. It does not close positions, cancel orders, or close your account with your broker; it does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; and it does not end obligations already incurred. We cancel any subscription billed by TegoTrend as part of the deletion. Deactivating your account blocks sign-in but is not deletion.
Clauses that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and record retention, will survive.
23. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, technical, payment, or product changes. The updated version will be posted on tegotrend.com with a revised effective date.
Where required by law or where a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires express consent.
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a mandatory regulatory or consumer complaint process.
25. Mandatory consumer rights
These Terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, it will apply only to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. General provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, sale of business or assets, or transfer to an affiliate, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Financial Risk Disclosure, and any checkout-specific terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior statements about the same subject.
27. Community standards
These standards apply to everything you publish or share through the Services, including creator profiles, display names, profile pictures, Market Signals and their commentary, charts, images, and updates, shared scripts, and messages. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You must not publish or share content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
- promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or a similar characteristic;
- is sexually explicit, or exploits, endangers, or sexualises children in any way;
- depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism;
- impersonates another person or organisation, or misrepresents your identity, qualifications, or regulatory status;
- promises guaranteed returns, misrepresents performance, or is intended to manipulate a market;
- solicits money, account credentials, or off-platform payments, or promotes scams, pyramid schemes, or unauthorised financial services;
- contains spam, malware, or links to phishing or malicious sites; or
- discloses another person’s personal data without permission.
To report content or a user, use the reporting option where the app offers one, or email [email protected] with a link to or description of the content. We review reports promptly, aim to act within 24 hours, and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the accounts involved. Creators may also lose creator access. We report child sexual abuse material and credible threats of violence to the competent authorities.
If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account in error, contact [email protected] to ask us to review the decision.
28. Mobile apps and app stores
These Terms apply when you use a TegoTrend app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, together with the app store’s own terms.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, your licence to use the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and the following terms apply:
- These Terms are concluded between you and W2M only, not with Apple. W2M, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence to the app is a non-transferable licence to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules, except that other accounts associated with the purchaser may access it through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where available.
- W2M is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price you paid to Apple for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are W2M’s responsibility, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in these Terms.
- W2M, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession or use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual-property rights, W2M, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of the claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country or region, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, such as your mobile carrier’s data-service terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the app. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Questions, complaints, or claims about the app should be directed to W2M using the contact details in section 29.
Google Play
If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and use of Google Play. Google is not responsible for the app or the Services.
Purchases through an app store
If you buy a subscription or credits inside a TegoTrend app through the App Store or Google Play, the app store processes the payment, the subscription renews through your app-store account until you cancel it in your app-store subscription settings, and refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies. Purchases made on our website are billed by W2M as described in sections 11 and 12.
Device permissions
The apps ask for device permissions, such as the microphone for voice features, the photo library to attach images, and notifications, only when a feature needs them. Permissions are optional, and you can withdraw them at any time in your device settings; a feature that needs a permission stops working until you allow it again.
