Technology

Three layers, held to one standard.

Every product we deliver shares the same foundations: a clear interface, intelligence that earns its place, and infrastructure that stays fast, secure and observable.

The three layers

How a TegoTrend product is built

We think in layers because problems do. A slow screen might be a design issue, an API issue or a hosting issue — one team that owns all three finds it faster.

Layer 01

Interface

Web and mobile front ends built from shared design tokens, so every screen feels like the same product.

  • Server-rendered web with fast first paint
  • Cross-platform mobile from one codebase
  • Light and dark themes, right-to-left layouts
  • Keyboard and screen-reader support
Layer 02

Intelligence

AI features wired into real workflows — with clear limits on what they may do without a person.

  • Chat and voice assistants
  • Retrieval over your own knowledge
  • Tool use with confirmation gates
  • English and Arabic, including dialects
Layer 03

Infrastructure

Services, data and delivery pipelines designed for reliability first and cost second — never the other way round.

  • Containerised services and pipelines
  • Real-time streaming and event queues
  • Relational data with tested backups
  • Monitoring, alerting and edge caching

Engineering standards

What “done” means here

These aren’t optional extras. They are part of how every feature is built, reviewed and released.

Security by default

Secrets encrypted at rest, two-factor sign-in, sessions you can review and revoke, and least-privilege access between services.

Performance budgets

Page weight and loading speed are measured on every release against agreed budgets, not tuned once before launch.

Accessibility

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, reduced-motion support and colour contrast are part of the definition of done.

Automated testing

Unit, integration and end-to-end tests run in continuous integration before anything reaches production.

Observability

Health checks, structured logs and alerts show what production is doing — ideally before your users notice anything.

Privacy by design

We collect the minimum data a feature needs, keep personal data out of logs and document where information lives.

Responsible AI

AI that knows its limits

An assistant is only as useful as it is trustworthy. We design AI features so people stay in control of anything that matters.

  • Human confirmation for consequential actions — the assistant prepares, a person approves.
  • Clear disclosure whenever people are talking to an AI.
  • Evaluation against real conversations before and after release.
  • Usage limits, monitoring and cost controls for every AI feature.
  • Your data stays yours — scoped access, no training on customer content without consent.
