AI Credits meter the assistant's work — research, chart reads, voice turns — and arrive monthly on AI Trader plans; included credits do not carry over, purchased AI Credits never expire. Trader plans carry no AI allowance. Signal Credits are a separate balance for preparing Signals. The welcome bonus is granted once, after your email is verified and onboarding is complete.
AI Credits meter Tego's work: research answers, chart reads, screenshot analysis, and voice turns. Signal Credits pay to prepare a Signal. Charts, the order ticket, and the journal never spend credits.
AI Trader plans grant their AI and Signal Credits each month; included credits do not carry over. Purchased AI Credits never expire and extend only what an AI Trader plan already includes. Trader plans can buy Signal Credit packs.
Every new account receives 150 AI Credits and 10 Signal Credits once, after the email is verified and onboarding is complete — valid for 30 days.
AI Credit packs: 500 for $9, 1,500 for $24, 5,000 for $69. Signal Credit packs from 5 to 500 Credits at $0.10 each, bought from the Credits page inside the app.

Paid plans are billed monthly by W2m trading LLC, through Stripe (credit or debit card) or cryptocurrency. Checkout requires your explicit acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Financial Risk Disclosure.
Yes. Moving up within the same family — say, Trader Starter to Trader Pro — applies straight away after you review checkout. Switching between Trader and AI Trader, or moving down, takes effect at your next renewal; your current plan keeps running until then.
Yes — cancel anytime from account settings or via support. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid month.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, as set out in the Terms of Service. Statutory cooling-off rights are always honoured.
Paid features and account capacity pause when a paid month ends without renewal — after a 72-hour grace period for a missed renewal. Your data, journal, and settings are retained and return the moment you resubscribe.
